Self Portrait Many Months LaterPosted by Paul Ricciardi (Rock Hill, United States) on 23 December 2007 in People & Portrait and Portfolio. I used to be incredibly active here, posting everyday and always checking other's blogs and leaving comments and what not. Then I moved, the consistency of my posting went down due to lack of a computer. A while later I made an effort to upload some photos. None of them were any good. So here I am, many months later, posting again. A lot has changed. When last I posted, almost everything I posted was taken with my Olympus E500 and on occasion my Nikon FG. Now a days, I shoot almost exclusively medium format or large format. My camera collection has grown and my tastes have changed. Film, my first love, has become my true love. Almost everything from here on out will be taken with film. This was shot with a 4x5 camera, a 203mm Kodak Ektar lens, on Ilford HP5. Developed in D76 stock, 7.5 minutes. The negative was screwed up by the water bath, someone in the darkroom messed something up and everyone's negatives were ruined. I didn't mind though. The exif data will probably say E500 because I didn't have a scanner at the time so held the negative up to a window. I'm back, I've missed it here.
