Latch

Another excercise in seeing yields that which is shown today. It is simple, but, for me at least, it speaks. What is this latch, what does it lock and hide away from the rest of the world? Who or what or how many worlds are lost and hidden beneath it? Which of you shall open it? How many memories does it keep tucked away in cardboard boxes?

Is this the door to a cellar or the door to another world?

Or perhaps this is the door to myself. Tomorrow will be a photo of myself, one last look before I open the door, then we shall have a series of what lies beyond.
